Platform usage
StayCT is a software platform for property and tenant operational management. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these terms and any product documentation we provide.
Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly at support@stayct.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
Organization accounts are responsible for their invited users and for how they configure the product (including notifications and data they upload about tenants or guests).
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with security or performance, scrape the service in violation of our policies, upload malware, harass others, or use StayCT to send spam or unlawful messages. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Payments, rent, and financial disclaimers
StayCT may display or help track rent, invoices, or payment status based on information entered by users. StayCT is not a bank, payment processor, or escrow agent unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-entered financial data, the timeliness of third-party payment networks, or that use of the platform will result in collection of rent or other amounts.
Any payment or rental relationship is between the parties involved (for example, property manager and tenant). StayCT does not adjudicate lease disputes or guarantee lease performance.
Service availability
We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, internet outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Intellectual property
StayCT and its branding, software, and content are owned by StayCT or its licensors. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose during your subscription or access period.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StayCT and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to StayCT for the service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred (100) USD if no fees were paid.
Changes
We may modify these terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes may be communicated through the product or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
